Josh Bailey
Born and raised in Santa Cruz County, Josh Bailey’s passion for building runs deep. As a second-generation contractor, his journey began as a young boy sweeping the floors of his father’s projects. Josh’s career and experience in construction have taken him to many sectors of the industry and have shaped his abilities and desire for excellence. From union commercial contractor on many large Silicon Valley tech campuses such as Intel, Sony, and Hewlett Packard, to building high-end, custom homes in the Palm Springs area with top architects and designers from around the world, Josh continued to expand his skills in all areas of construction and management.
In 2006, Josh was given the opportunity to team up with the largest family-owned restoration company in the country where he served as a Division Manager for 13 years, overseeing two offices in the Bay Area. During this time, Josh found an even deeper passion for his construction career – not only was he doing what he loved but he was also able to help others when they need it most.
In 2019, Josh joined forces with Integra Builder Inc. (IBI) with Jeff Murry. With his dedication of excellence, Josh’s reputation for customer service has helped shape IBI’s quality standards of today. He carries on a motto he picked up early in his career, “Do it once and do it right” and understands the importance of clear communication with his customers. In 2025, he and his business partner, Shane Endsley, teamed up to carry on IBI’s vision and service as Jeff began to phase into retirement. Josh is excited for this next chapter of IBI and is thrilled to continue to do what he loves and help others along the way.
Shane Endsley
As co-owner of Integra Builder Inc., Shane Endsley had similar beginnings in his construction career. Shane grew up immersed in the trades, working shoulder to shoulder with his father, a general contractor who specialized in custom builds. From the foundation to the roof and everything in between, Shane honed his skills and gained valuable hands on experience on these jobsites.
At the young age of 19, Shane bought property in the Sierra Nevada foothills and put his construction skills and knowledge to the test – completing two owner-builds in the span of three years. From the purchase of the land and permits, to foundation and final inspections, Shane had priceless experience in these early years of his career.
After returning to Santa Cruz, Shane operated as a self-employed general contractor, delivering quality residential remodels and additions while building a strong local reputation for reliability and detailed work.
Shane later joined the country’s largest family-owned restoration contractor as a superintendent, overseeing large-scale disaster recovery and insurance rebuilds – managing in-house crews & subcontractors on residential & commercial projects of all sizes. It was here that he met Josh Bailey.
After several years, Shane took an opportunity to work for a local commercial construction and development company in the Santa Cruz area. Here he led projects in multifamily housing, hotels, commercial tenant improvements, retail, and mixed-use developments, deepening his knowledge of large-scale construction, industry protocols, pre-construction, estimating, and construction management.
In 2023, Josh contacted Shane with an opportunity to work together once again – this time as future co-owners of Integra Builder Inc. Shane quickly took Josh up on the opportunity and today, they are carrying out those dreams. They understand the importance of timeliness, communication, and quality work and are looking forward to an exciting new chapter of IBI under their leadership.
